Common questions.

Does PerkHarvest connect to my bank?

No. PerkHarvest is a manual tracker — it never asks for bank logins, reads your transactions, or stores card numbers.

Do I enter my full card number?

No. Use a nickname and, if it helps you tell cards apart, the last four digits only.

What do I get with Pro?

Unlimited cards & offers, custom reminders, the full Insights dashboard, hands-free Siri logging, and data export. See the Pro page for the full comparison.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Monthly and annual plans are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase — there is nothing to cancel.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open PerkHarvest, and use “Restore purchases” in Settings. Your Pro access will come back.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us if you need a hand.

How do reminders work?

Enable reminders before credits expire and before annual fees renew. Free plans pick Light, Standard, or Frequent; Pro adds fully custom schedules. Delivery depends on your notification settings.

I didn’t get my confirmation email

Check your spam/junk folder and mark it “not spam.” You can also tap “Resend link” on the “Check your email” screen after signing up. Still nothing? Email us.

How do I reset my password?

In the app, tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and we’ll send a 6-digit code. Enter it in the app and choose a new password — no web page needed.

How do I export my data?

Pro members can export their data from Settings at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Use the in-app account deletion option, or email us from the address on your account and we’ll remove it.

How do I report wrong benefit data?

Email the card name, benefit name, and an official source link so we can review and fix the template.
